Where are you based?

We are in Eastbourne, East Sussex.We cover London and the South East

Can we view the cars?

We would be very happy to show the cars at anytime by appointment, so you can see just how good they really are.

Are you insured?

All cars are fully insured for weddings, and we also have full public liability insurance.

How long do we have the cars for on our day?

We only do one wedding per car per day; we don’t want you to feel at all rushed!

Do you supply ribbons and flowers?

All cars are supplied with either ivory or white ribbon, and each car has its own floral display of ivory/white flowers and green foliage.

Do you supply Champagne?

For an additional charge we supply Champagne served chilled in glass flutes. Celebrate your first drink together as a married couple.

What happens if the day is wet?

All cars have umbrellas just in case.

What other services do you offer?

The cars can be hired for special occasions such as sporting events, anniversaries, Hen & Stag parties, birthdays and proms.

Terms & Conditions

1 Bookings are only confirmed once the booking fee has been paid and all transport requirements are confirmed. A non refundable Booking fee of £ 100 per vehicle is required to secure the selected vehicles and dates. The balance outstanding must be paid no later than 30 days before the Hire Date.

2 Cancellations must be made in writing to Luxury Wedding Cars Ltd. All cancellations incur a charge (minimum amount is the Booking fee) should the hirer cancel within 90 days of the Hire date the balance is due in full. In the event that we secure another booking for the vehicle for the same time and date, all monies will be refunded minus the initial booking fee.

3 In the event of hire on a short notice basis of less than 90 days the full hire cost including the Booking Fee must be paid at the date of booking.

4 In the event of the hirer changing the date of a booking, notice must be given in writing. We will transfer the booking fee to the new date if that date is available. However if either the new date is unavailable or the selected vehicle is unavailable either the Booking Fee will be forfeit or an alternative vehicle will be made available.

5 The Hirer accepts and recognises that some vehicles selected are, by reason of age and specification, less reliable than modern production vehicles. Luxury Wedding Cars reserves the right to substitute vehicles in the event of mechanical failure or other circumstances beyond our control. Vehicles of a lesser hire charge will entitle the Hirer to a refund of the difference. Where a vehicle of a higher hire charge is substituted no extra will be charged to the Hirer.

6 The vehicles will be clean inside and out and decorated with the agreed ribbons and flower arrangements as per your request.

7 The vehicles will arrive at the agreed time and date specified on the Booking Form. The Hirer must ensure that all agreed passengers will be ready for departure at that time. No additional journeys will be made other than those agreed and confirmed on the Booking Form.

8 We allow a maximum of 3 hours for a Wedding or Civil Ceremony. Should extra time be required an extra charge will be required if not already pre Booked.

9 Our Chauffeurs will select the route based on local knowledge and or satellite navigation. The drivers will use their judgement at a sensible speed in relation to the road and weather conditions. No responsibility can be taken for route closures or restrictions relating to vehicle access to any location or hold ups on route or adverse weather conditions. We cannot be held responsible for late arrival or cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control. The company recommends that you are covered by adequate Wedding Insurance.

10 The Hirer is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicles by themselves and/or guests. A minimum charge of £ 150 will be charged to cover valeting costs should fouling be caused by any passenger through food, drink or illness. Smoking is strictly forbidden in all vehicles at any time. Confetti is not permitted in the vehicles at any time.

11 In the event of a vehicle being hired on an individual passenger basis each hirer or parent or guardian of a child carried in the vehicle is responsible for any damage caused and agrees to pay the damages charged. The lead hirer booking the vehicle for the party agrees on behalf of all those who may become liable to these conditions by signing the booking form. Payment on behalf of the individual passengers or hirers is acceptance of these terms.

12 Passengers are required to wear seat belts where
fitted. We cannot carry children less than 4 years of age. We do not supply or install child seats. If you have a child aged 4 to 12 years to be carried as part of the Bridal party we request you supply your own suitable child seat. Our Chauffeurs will not be responsible for the fitting of child seats. As it is a requirement that all children less than 12 years old are restrained by a seat belt and appropriate child seat, where a vehicle is selected that does not have seat belts fitted, passengers under 12 years old will not be allowed to travel in the particular vehicle.

13 All passengers are requested to ensure that all of their belongings are with them before vacating the vehicles. Valuables should not be left unattended in the vehicles at any time. Luxury Wedding Cars cannot accept responsibility for any items that may be lost during the period of hire.

14 We reserve the right to amend or change our terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
